1 Robert James Johnson, Jr. appeals pro se from an order denying his WIS. STAT. § 974.06 (2003-04) post-conviction motion. Johnson claims the trial court erred in denying his motion on the grounds that it was procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). Because the trial court did not err in ruling that Johnsons claims are procedurally barred, we affirm.
